Develop and implement cutting-edge OT cybersecurity solutions to protect clients' critical infrastructure and assets.
Act as a subject matter expert in OT cybersecurity, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific cybersecurity needs and develop customized solutions to address them.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments on clients' industrial control systems to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for OT cybersecurity in accordance with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Serve as a key advisor to clients on all matters related to OT cybersecurity, including incident response and crisis management.
Monitor and analyze security events and alerts to identify and respond to potential cyber threats.
Conduct training and awareness programs for clients' employees to promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
Participate in industry conferences and events to stay current on emerging trends and technologies in OT cybersecurity.
Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless integration of OT cybersecurity solutions with other business functions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor in all aspects of OT cybersecurity.
Continuously assess and improve existing OT cybersecurity processes and procedures to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Stay abreast of emerging threats and vulnerabilities in OT cybersecurity and make recommendations for proactive measures.
Represent the organization in client meetings and presentations to showcase our expertise and capabilities in OT cybersecurity.

Job Qualifications

In-Depth Knowledge Of Ot (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity Principles And Best Practices, Including Experience With Risk Assessment, Threat Management, And Incident Response.
Extensive Experience In A Leadership Or Managerial Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Cybersecurity Projects For Large Organizations.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Ot Cybersecurity, Such As Nist, Iec, And Iso.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders At All Levels Of An Organization.
Advanced Technical Skills And Experience In Areas Such As Network Security, Endpoint Protection, And Vulnerability Management, As Well As Familiarity With Various Security Tools And Technologies.
