- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of projects and tasks.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to safeguard client's OT systems from cyber threats.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on OT security, staying updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in client's OT systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions to address their cybersecurity concerns.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any potential issues or concerns.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to increase awareness and understanding of OT security.
- Lead incident response efforts in the event of a cybersecurity breach in client's OT systems.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant security standards.
- Continuously improve and update cybersecurity processes and procedures to stay ahead of emerging threats.
Extensive Experience In The Field Of Ot (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industrial Control Systems And Their Security Implications, Including But Not Limited To Scada, Dcs, Plcs, And Ics Protocols.
Strong Understanding Of Cybersecurity Frameworks, Standards, And Regulations, Such As Nist, Iso/Iec 27001, And Iec 62443.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Ot Cybersecurity Projects, Including Risk Assessments, Vulnerability Assessments, And Incident Response.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
