Job Description

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join the Cognizant team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology, ready to learn, and eager to grow. As an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consultative services to our customers on the implementation, upgrade, integration, and maintenance of various Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.The ideal candidate should possess a combination of strong technical and consulting skills, along with excellent customer service skills. A successful Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant will be able to stay up to date with new Oracle HCM technologies, while also providing excellent customer service to our customers.The ideal candidate should have:• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, upgrades, and integrations.• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and troubleshooting.• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Security.• Excellent communication and customer service skills.If you think you are the right fit for this role, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Provide consultative services to customers on the implementation, upgrade, integration, and maintenance of various Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
Stay up to date with new Oracle HCM technologies.
Provide excellent customer service to customers.
Configure and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Cloud.
Manage Oracle HCM Cloud security.
Communicate effectively with customers.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Document customer requirements and provide detailed recommendations for solutions.
Provide training on Oracle HCM Cloud to customers.
Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
