Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Open Stack Technical Consultant to join Cognizant's team. The successful candidate will be passionate about technology, confident in their abilities, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.To be successful in this role, you will need a deep understanding of Open Stack technologies and architectures, engineering principles, and experience with related implementations. In addition, you should have a proven track record of success in delivering complex solutions and managing customer relationships. It would be beneficial if you have a strong understanding of cloud services such as, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a combination of technical, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of Open Stack-based solutions for customer projects.
Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy Open Stack technologies to meet customer requirements.
Troubleshoot and diagnose Open Stack-related problems and provide solutions.
Manage customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Open Stack solutions.
Research and stay up-to-date on Open Stack technologies and best practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of Open Stack-based solutions.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful integration of Open Stack technologies.
Develop and deliver customer presentations and training on Open Stack technologies.
Monitor performance and capacity of Open Stack solutions and identify potential performance issues.
