Design and Lead Mulesoft integration projects: The integration lead will be responsible for designing and leading Mulesoft integration projects for our clients. This includes understanding business requirements, creating integration strategies, and overseeing the implementation process.
Technical expertise in Mulesoft: The integration lead must have a strong technical background in Mulesoft, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and best practices. They will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the team.
Manage team of developers: The integration lead will be responsible for managing a team of developers and ensuring timely delivery of projects. This includes delegating tasks, providing feedback, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Mulesoft Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Mulesoft, Including Knowledge Of The Anypoint Platform, Api Management, And Integration Patterns.
Strong Technical Background: The Mulesoft Integration Lead - Manager Should Possess A Solid Understanding Of Various Integration Technologies, Such As Soap, Rest, Esb, And Microservices. They Should Also Have Experience With Databases, Cloud Platforms, And Web Services.
Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead A Team Of Developers And Integration Specialists. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Projects, Delegating Tasks, And Providing Guidance To Team Members.
Communication And Collaboration: The Mulesoft Integration Lead - Manager Will Work Closely With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, Such As Business Analysts And Project Managers. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
