Develop and implement marketing strategies using cloud solutions to meet client objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and design customized solutions.
Configure and customize marketing cloud platforms to meet client specifications.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on marketing cloud solutions.
Conduct research and stay updated on latest marketing trends and technologies.
Identify and propose innovative solutions to improve marketing processes and outcomes.
Conduct trainings and workshops for clients and internal teams on marketing cloud solutions.
Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing cloud projects.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations for clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing cloud platforms.
Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to marketing.
Mentor and train junior team members on marketing cloud technologies and best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase expertise in marketing cloud solutions.

Job Qualifications

In-Depth Knowledge Of Marketing Cloud: Candidates For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform And Its Various Features, Including Email Marketing, Social Media Management, And Customer Journey Mapping.
Experience With Marketing Automation: A Strong Background In Marketing Automation Is Essential For A Marketing Cloud Solution Architect. This Includes Experience With Developing And Implementing Marketing Campaigns, Creating Personalized Customer Journeys, And Analyzing Campaign Performance Data.
Salesforce Certifications: Cognizant Is A Salesforce Platinum Partner, So Candidates For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Salesforce Ecosystem. They Should Hold Certifications In Both Marketing Cloud And Other Salesforce Products, Such As Sales Cloud Or Service Cloud.
Technical Expertise: A Marketing Cloud Solution Architect Should Have A Strong Technical Background, Including Experience With Html, Css, And Javascript. They Should Also Have Experience With Sql And Data Manipulation, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Apis And Integrations.
Strategic Thinking: As A Solution Architect, This Role Requires A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Creatively About How To Use Marketing Cloud To Achieve Business Objectives. Candidates Should Be Able To Design And Present Comprehensive Solutions To Clients That Align With Their Marketing Goals And Objectives.
