Cognizant is looking for a highly motivated Market Research Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing market research techniques to develop insights into customer behaviors and preferences. You should be an analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and an ability to draw conclusions from data.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in market research, business analytics, or a related field. Previous experience in market research, data analysis, and report writing is preferred. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and have experience with SPSS, R, or Python.If you have an eye for detail, enjoy working with data, and have the ability to synthesize complex information into easy-to-understand insights, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilites:

Utilize market research techniques to develop insights into customer behaviors and preferences.
Analyze data to draw conclusions and develop actionable insights.
Write reports to summarize research findings.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of research.
Monitor trends in the market and make recommendations for improvement.
Generate ideas to increase market research effectiveness.
Maintain and update customer databases with current market information.
Utilize software such as SPSS, R, or Python to collect, organize, and analyze data.
Develop presentations to share research results.
Provide assistance to team members in the development of market research strategies.
