- Monitor the progress and development of returnees, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and networks to source potential returnees and promote the program.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to returnship programs, making recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, creating a culture where all employees feel valued and supported.
- Collaborate with other managers and leaders to ensure a smooth integration of returnees into the organization.
- Prepare and present reports on the success and impact of the Returnship Program to senior leadership.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Technology Or Consulting Environment.
