We are looking for a Manager - Projects with strong leadership and project management skills to join our team at Cognizant. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most cutting-edge projects in the industry and make a real difference to the success of our business.The ideal candidate for this role will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a passion for driving change and innovation.We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and inspire others, and the drive to meet tight deadlines and deliver results.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project management role, and experience leading teams and managing projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities:

Lead and direct project teams to ensure successful project completion
Analyze and resolve project-related problems
Develop effective strategies and plans to drive change and innovation
Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management
Motivate and inspire team members to perform to their highest potential
Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success
Create reports and presentations to communicate progress to stakeholders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Ensure project deliverables are completed in accordance with project objectives
