- Develop and maintain high-quality and scalable web applications using Java and Angular or React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver innovative solutions for our clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement them in project development.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Participate in project planning and estimation, and provide technical expertise to help define project scope and requirements.

Extensive Java Development Experience: A Lead Java Fse At Cognizant Should Have A Strong Background In Java Programming, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Developing Complex Applications Using Java.
Proficiency In Angular Or React: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Either Angular Or React, As These Are Widely Used Front-End Frameworks For Building Modern Web Applications.
Team Management Skills: As A Lead Java Fse, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Developers. Hence, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Ensure Project Success.
Experience In Agile Methodologies: Cognizant Follows Agile Methodologies For Its Software Development Processes. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Experience Working In Agile Teams And Be Familiar With Agile Principles And Practices.
