Design and implement AI-driven automation strategies for clients, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices.
Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and develop innovative solutions.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies, incorporating them into solutions as applicable.
Lead and manage a team of AI automation experts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that drive digital transformation and improve efficiency.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Conduct feasibility studies, develop project plans, and provide cost and timeline estimates for AI-driven automation projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and competition, identifying potential areas for improvement and growth.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI automation projects.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation solutions, incorporating feedback and lessons learned.
Participate in client presentations, conferences, and other events to showcase our AI automation capabilities and drive business growth.

Job Qualifications

Strong Technical Expertise In Artificial Intelligence (Ai) And Automation Solutions, With A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Ai And Automation Architecture Design And Implementation.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Large-Scale Ai And Automation Projects For Clients Across Various Industries.
Extensive Knowledge Of Industry-Leading Ai And Automation Platforms, Tools, And Technologies, Such As Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Robotic Process Automation, Etc.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Guide Junior Team Members, Manage Project Timelines And Budgets, And Drive Innovation And Continuous Improvement In Ai And Automation Solutions.
