  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for laboratory processes.
  2. Utilize technical expertise and experience with LabVantage to design and implement efficient and innovative solutions.
  3. Continuously learn and improve skills and knowledge of LabVantage to stay updated on the latest features and updates.
  4. Analyze and evaluate client systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates and progress reports, and address any issues or concerns.
  6. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of LabVantage projects.
  7. Work closely with other team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of LabVantage solutions.
  8. Provide training and support to clients on LabVantage usage, features, and best practices.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges related to LabVantage implementation.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in LabVantage to proactively suggest improvements and enhancements to clients.
  11. Adhere to all company and industry regulations, protocols, and standards related to laboratory processes and data management.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of LabVantage projects, processes, and solutions.
  13. Represent Cognizant in a professional and knowledgeable manner at client meetings and conferences.
  14. Collaborate with other LabVantage Consultants and team members to share knowledge, ideas, and experiences for continuous improvement.
  15. Take ownership of LabVantage projects and ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Or Laboratory Science.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Implementing And Supporting Labvantage Lims (Laboratory Information Management System).

  • Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Processes And Workflows, Including Experience In Quality Control And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Experience With Database Management.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
