Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Kronos Software, Including Implementation And Support.
Strong Understanding Of Hr And Payroll Processes, With Experience Integrating Kronos With Other Hr Systems.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Proven Experience Leading And Managing Project Teams, As Well As Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
