Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
Utilize strong technical skills in Java and full stack development to drive innovation and create efficient solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design, develop, and implement complex software applications using Java and related technologies.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Java development to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and management.
Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Take ownership of project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams and departments within the organization.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Java Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Java Development, With Expertise In Building Web Applications, Rest Apis, And Microservices Using Java Frameworks Such As Spring Boot.
Proficiency In Front-End Technologies: A Lead Developer Must Possess Hands-On Experience In Front-End Technologies Such As Html, Css, And Javascript. They Should Also Be Proficient In Front-End Frameworks Like Angular, React, Or Vue.js.
Knowledge Of Database Systems: A Strong Understanding Of Database Systems Like Mysql, Oracle, Or Mongodb Is Crucial For A Java Full Stack Lead Developer. They Should Be Able To Design And Optimize Database Structures, Write Complex Sql Queries, And Have Experience With Orm Frameworks Like Hibernate.
