- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ITSM and SIAM processes and best practices.
- Oversee and manage the delivery of IT services for clients, ensuring adherence to agreed upon service levels and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any service-related issues and providing regular updates on service performance.
- Maintain and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and service catalogues for clients.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of ITSM and SIAM processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Define and implement strategies for continuous improvement of ITSM and SIAM processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to IT service management and SIAM.
- Manage and mentor a team of ITSM and SIAM professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for ITSM and SIAM services.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management and clients on service delivery and improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members as needed.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of ITSM and SIAM processes, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Service Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Siam Role
Strong Understanding Of Itil Framework And Experience Implementing Itsm Processes
Proven Experience In Managing Multiple Service Providers And Vendors In A Complex It Environment
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Both Internal And External Teams.
