Serve as a key member of the Intelligent Operations & Automation team, responsible for driving efficiency and transforming operations for clients in the public sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of the public sector industry, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to inform strategic decisions.
Utilize your expertise in intelligent operations and automation to design and implement solutions that meet client requirements and drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, effectively communicating the benefits and value of intelligent operations and automation.
Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met, utilizing project management skills and attention to detail.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within client operations.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Represent Cognizant as a thought leader in the public sector industry, attending industry events and conferences and actively networking with potential clients.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Stay informed on the latest advancements and developments in intelligent operations and automation, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to provide the best solutions for clients.

Job Qualifications

In-Depth Knowledge Of Public Sector Operations: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Operations And Processes Of The Public Sector, Including Government Agencies, Educational Institutions, And Healthcare Organizations.
Experience In Automation And Intelligent Operations: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Automation And Intelligent Operations Solutions Within The Public Sector. This Includes Experience With Tools Such As Robotic Process Automation (Rpa) And Artificial Intelligence (Ai).
Strong Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Projects And Teams, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Solutions And Excellent Communication With Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards Within The Public Sector, Such As Hipaa And Ferpa.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As The Job May Involve Working With Various Stakeholders, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Clients.
