IBM MDM Developer

Cognizant is looking for a passionate and motivated IBM MDM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and deploying new and existing IBM MDM solutions. You must have a strong technical background along with a solid understanding of IBM MDM technology and application integration.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills. You must be able to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization, as well as with external vendors. Moreover, you must have an ability to communicate effectively and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience developing and administering IBM Master Data Management solutions• Expert-level knowledge of IBM MDM technology, including configuration, deployment, and application integration• Hands-on experience developing and configuring MDM solutions using IBM WebSphere technologies• Familiarity with IBM MDM integration techniques (web services, message queues, etc.)• Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, configure, and deploy new and existing IBM MDM solutions.
2. Utilize IBM WebSphere technologies and integration techniques (web services, message queues, etc.) to develop and configure MDM solutions.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
4. Design data models, warehouses, and ETL processes.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and external vendors.
6. Provide technical direction and guidance to team members.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IBM MDM technology and application integration.
8. Ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, scalability, security, and other quality standards.
9. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
10. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
