- Develop and implement robust identity and access management (IAM) solutions to protect clients' systems and data.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of existing IAM systems to identify and address vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new IAM processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies in order to continuously enhance and improve IAM systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential security risks.
- Monitor and analyze system logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents.
- Create and maintain documentation related to IAM processes, procedures, and systems.
- Train and educate team members on best practices for IAM security.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide customized IAM solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for any security-related incidents outside of regular business hours.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor for IAM security matters.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding IAM security issues and solutions.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Iam (Identity And Access Management) Security.
In-Depth Understanding Of Iam Principles, Protocols, And Technologies Such As Saml, Oauth, Ldap, Etc.
Experience With Implementing And Managing Iam Solutions Such As Okta, Ping, Or Sailpoint.
Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Iam-Specific Certifications From Vendors Like Okta Or Sailpoint.
