- Lead and manage the implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter for clients.
- Utilize expertise and knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute project plans.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for team members and clients.
- Support sales and business development efforts by showcasing expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Continuously improve processes and methodologies for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation.
- Stay updated on new releases and features of Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter with other systems.
- Lead and participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets.
- Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the growth and development of the Guidewire PolicyCenter practice at Cognizant.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Guidewire PolicyCenter for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter projects.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience Working With Guidewire Policycenter, Including Hands-On Configuration And Implementation Experience.
Strong Understanding Of The Insurance Industry And Its Processes, Particularly In The Areas Of Policy Administration, Underwriting, And Claims.
Proven Track Record Of Leading Guidewire Policycenter Implementations, Including Managing Project Timelines, Resources, And Budgets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Client Stakeholders.
Guidewire Policycenter Certification Is Preferred. Experience With Other Guidewire Products Such As Claimcenter And Billingcenter Is A Plus.
