- Develop and implement Guidewire solutions for clients based on project requirements and specifications.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and error-free deliverables.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Guidewire advancements and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges during project implementation.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and potential risks to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Cognizant as a leading global provider of IT services.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Guidewire Development, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Guidewire Policycenter, Billingcenter, And/Or Claimcenter And Their Integration With Other Systems.
Experience With Java, J2Ee, Xml, And Web Services.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Debug Complex Code.
