We are looking for a passionate and driven Global Program Manager to join our team at Cognizant. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be a creative problem solver, and have the ability to manage multiple projects with a strong customer-centric focus. Our Global Program Manager will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing strategic initiatives with global teams.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a global setting. A strong background in project management, with experience leading complex initiatives, is required. The ideal candidate should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with senior leaders and stakeholders.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about driving change and making an impact on the global program. The successful candidate will be an excellent team player with an enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Create, develop, and execute strategic initiatives with global teams.
Manage multiple projects with a strong customer-centric focus.
Interact with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Drive change and make an impact on the global program.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor progress on projects and ensure project deadlines are met.
Identify risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
Create and maintain project plans, track progress, and report on the progress of initiatives.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between global teams.
