We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Genesys Cloud professional to join our team at Cognizant. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing Genesys Cloud solutions to support our customer’s business needs.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Genesys Cloud technologies, the ability to design, develop, and implement Genesys Cloud solutions, and a passion for problem solving and customer service. You should also have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.We are looking for an individual who is excited to join our team and help us provide our clients with the best possible solutions. Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Genesys Cloud solutions to meet customer’s business needs.
Design, develop, and implement Genesys Cloud solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on Genesys Cloud technologies.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Maintain a strong attention to detail.
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Provide our clients with the best possible solutions.
