The ideal candidate will be a French native speaker with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for providing top-notch customer service.The successful French Support Agent will possess excellent knowledge of French grammar and language, as well as a deep understanding of customer service standards and practices. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to our French-speaking clients • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and other electronic communication methods • Generate and maintain accurate customer service records • Stay up to date on all products, services, and policies • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times • Exhibit excellent knowledge of French grammar and language • Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to provide solutions to customers • Follow all established customer service standards and practices
