Develop and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting all client requirements and deadlines.
Identify and drive opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in client engagements.
Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Monitor and track client engagement metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on performance and areas for improvement.
Serve as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support on client engagement best practices.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and proactively identify ways to enhance client relationships and services.
Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to client engagement and project management.

Job Qualifications

Strong Project Management Skills: The Engagement Portfolio Lead At Cognizant Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Be Able To Effectively Plan, Organize, And Prioritize Tasks To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Projects.
Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Project Updates, Resolve Issues, And Maintain Relationships.
Experience In Portfolio Management: The Engagement Portfolio Lead Should Have Prior Experience In Managing A Portfolio Of Projects Or Programs. They Should Be Familiar With Project Management Methodologies And Have The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Risks To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
Leadership Abilities: As A Key Member Of The Project Team, The Engagement Portfolio Lead Must Be Able To Lead And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Project Goals. They Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Make Difficult Decisions When Needed.
Knowledge Of Technology And Industry Trends: Cognizant Is A Technology Consulting Company, And The Engagement Portfolio Lead Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Current Technology Trends. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of The Industry And Market Trends To Effectively Guide The Project Team And Provide Valuable Insights To Clients.
