Job Description

As an Engagement Manager at Cognizant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects and delivering on our customers’ expectations. You will be a leader and mentor for project teams while also providing oversight and support to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, customer service, and relationship management. You should have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be a highly motivated, proactive individual who is comfortable taking ownership and driving initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure successful delivery of complex projects • Provide oversight and support to ensure customer satisfaction • Develop strategies and plans to meet customer expectations • Monitor project progress and coordinate resources to ensure timely completion • Identify and resolve any potential risks or issues that arise during the project • Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders • Prepare project reports and presentations to communicate progress and results • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines • Collaborate with various departments to ensure projects are completed • Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices
