- Develop and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for clients based on their business requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice and guidance on how to best utilize Dynamics 365 CE to achieve their goals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and updates in Dynamics 365 CE and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client solutions.
- Lead project teams in the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for project deliverables, including solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical user guides.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CE, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
- Conduct trainings and workshops for clients to educate them on the capabilities and functionalities of Dynamics 365 CE.
- Collaborate with other technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and applications.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the implementation or maintenance of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Dynamics 365 CE and make recommendations for improvements and innovations to enhance client solutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of Dynamics 365 CE solutions and make recommendations for optimization and enhancements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and acting as a liaison between them and the project team.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the values and standards of Cognizant at all times.
Extensive Experience With Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Ce) Platform: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Dynamics 365 Ce, Including Implementing, Customizing, And Integrating The Platform With Other Systems.
Strong Technical And Functional Knowledge Of Crm Processes: A Dynamics 365 Ce Architect At Cognizant Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Crm Processes And Be Able To Design And Develop Solutions That Align With Industry Best Practices And Client Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Delivering Successful Dynamics 365 Ce Projects, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.
Certification In Dynamics 365 Ce: Cognizant Values Certifications As A Measure Of Expertise And Commitment To Continuous Learning. A Dynamics 365 Ce Architect Should Hold At Least One Relevant Certification, Such As The Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate Or The Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Key Liaison Between The Development Team And Clients, A Dynamics 365 Ce Architect Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Manage Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
