  1. Provide technical support to clients in person and remotely for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  5. Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner to understand and address their technical needs.
  6. Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
  7. Proactively identify and recommend solutions to improve the overall performance and functionality of computer systems.
  8. Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding information security and data privacy.
  10. Provide training and guidance to clients on the proper use of computer systems and software.
  11. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  13. Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
  14. Follow established processes and procedures for incident management and escalation.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach to all interactions with clients.
