  11. Communicate with clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  12. Provide regular updates to management on customer service metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  13. Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency and alignment in customer service efforts.
  14. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve and innovate.
  15. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
