Lead the Automotive Manufacturing & Logistics practice at Cognizant and drive business growth in the automotive industry.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations for automotive clients.
Collaborate with top automotive manufacturers and suppliers to identify and solve complex challenges.
Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to enhance client's business processes and operations.
Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Lead and manage consulting engagements, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies in the automotive sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion in the automotive industry.
Represent Cognizant at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise and thought leadership in the automotive sector.
Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to generate new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting business activities.
Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of consulting engagements and identify areas for improvement.
Present reports, recommendations, and project updates to senior management and clients.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In The Automotive Manufacturing And Logistics Industry: A Consulting Director At Cognizant Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Automotive Manufacturing And Logistics Industry, Including Its Challenges, Trends, And Best Practices. This Experience Can Be Gained Through Previous Roles In Consulting, Management, Or Operations Within The Industry.
