  9. Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and retention rates.
  10. Maintain accurate and updated client records and documentation.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking with potential clients and building brand awareness.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members on client relationship management best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Client Relationship Management Within The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance Products And Services, Including Risk Management And Claims Processing.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing A Portfolio Of Clients.
