- Develop Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, objectives and providing exceptional customer service.

- Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand clients' needs and objectives, and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.

- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Meet Targets: Meet and exceed predefined targets for client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Continuously Improve: Continuously evaluate and improve client relationship management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Client Relationship Management Or Account Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Accounts, With A Focus On Customer Satisfaction And Retention.
Strong Understanding Of The It Industry And Current Market Trends, With The Ability To Effectively Consult And Advise Clients On Solutions And Services Offered By Cognizant.
