- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements.
- Continuously monitor and analyze client performance and provide reports and presentations to showcase progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
- Mentor and train junior team members on client relationship management best practices.
- Uphold the company's values and standards while representing the organization to clients.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to processes and systems to enhance the client experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably In A Technology Or Consulting Industry.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Abilities.
