Job Description

The Client Relationship Manager position at Cognizant is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and relationship building. We are looking for an individual who can bring an enthusiastic, organized, and professional approach to this role. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business. This involves understanding client needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving client engagement to ensure client retention. The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the IT or technology sector. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Above all, we are looking for someone who is professional, organized, and has the ability to think critically and proactively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
  2. Understand client needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Drive client engagement to ensure client retention.
  4. Act as a self-starter and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to optimize client relationships.
  6. Provide support to clients throughout the entire customer journey.
  7. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  8. Monitor and analyze client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions.
  10. Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to drive success.
