We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Cognizant. As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue and ensuring client satisfaction. If you’re a self-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of developing and managing client relationships, this is the role for you.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and at least 5 years of client relationship management experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
  2. Analyze client needs and provide creative solutions to meet their objectives.
  3. Monitor client feedback and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Monitor industry trends and recommend appropriate strategies for client growth.
  5. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on current projects.
  6. Manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  7. Stay current on relevant industry and market trends.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  9. Other tasks as assigned.
