Conduct thorough analysis of clients' business processes to identify opportunities for outsourcing and cost savings.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored outsourcing strategies.
Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of outsourcing initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Identify and address potential risks or challenges in outsourcing processes and provide timely solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process outsourcing to continually improve and optimize services.
Prepare and present reports to management and clients on the results and progress of outsourcing initiatives.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement and manage outsourcing projects effectively.
Conduct training and provide support to clients on outsourcing processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to outsourcing activities.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Business Process Outsourcing Or Relevant Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Team Members.
Proficiency In Project Management And Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Six Sigma Or Lean.
