Are you an experienced and passionate Business Information Security Senior Manager looking to drive success for one of the world’s most innovative companies? If so, Cognizant has an exciting opportunity for you.We’re looking for a Senior Manager with deep security knowledge to help us protect our customers and ensure compliance with the most up-to-date security standards. You will partner with teams across the organization to develop and maintain security policies and procedures, and ensure that our systems and data remain secure from malicious threats.The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude and knowledge of security best practices, along with the ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze security threats, identify potential vulnerabilities, and develop and implement security solutions.
Maintain and update security policies and procedures in line with the latest security standards.
Develop and implement security strategies to ensure the safety of customer data and compliance with relevant regulations.
Lead security audits and reviews to identify potential risks and develop action plans to mitigate those risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure security protocols are adhered to.
Work with IT teams to develop and maintain secure systems and networks.
Monitor and respond to cyber security incidents and provide guidance on responding to security breaches.
Provide technical guidance and training to team members on security best practices.
Research and stay abreast of evolving security trends and technologies.
