Job Description

As a Manager, Verbal Creative Strategist on the Cognizant brand team, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping our brand navigate the single biggest shift in our company’s history, setting ourselves apart from competitors in the fast-moving technology services industry. You’ll apply your creative talents and develop new skills working on mission-critical strategy and writing projects that elevate the Cognizant brand to advance business objectives—fueling demand, shaping customer experience and inspiring employee engagement. Writing best-in-class strategic and creative deliverables employing Cognizant voice and messaging. Fostering a spirit of creativity and strategic thinking that inspires others to understand, appreciate, and elevate our brand standards. Partnering with brand team members to shape creative briefs for a wide variety of deliverables.

Job Qualifications

Has 5-7 years of experience in brand, creative and marketing roles
A minimum of 3 years of agency experience developing leading brands in a variety of industries
Is persuasive and articulate in presenting creative strategies to senior team members
HR/recruiting communications and experiences
