- Lead Boomi projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and budget allocations.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
- Provide guidance and direction to project team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track project performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and coach junior project team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Represent Cognizant as a subject matter expert in Boomi integration platform, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management methodologies and tools.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Cognizant, promoting our values and culture in all interactions with clients and team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Integration/Edi Space.
Certification In Boomi Atomsphere Or Other Relevant Integration Platforms.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Client Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills With A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
