Develop and implement strategic technology plans that align with the overall business goals and objectives of Blue Yonder (BY) Technology.
Lead a team of technology professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to design and deliver innovative technology solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and identify opportunities for their implementation within the company.

Strong Technical And Analytical Skills: As A Technology Architect, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Technical And Analytical Skills To Design And Implement Complex Solutions Using Blue Yonder (By) Technology. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Other Related Technologies And Their Integration With By.
Team Management And Leadership Skills: The Role Of A Sr. Manager Requires The Candidate To Lead And Manage A Team Of Technology Architects And Engineers. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Team Management And Leadership, With The Ability To Mentor And Guide Team Members.
