Develop and implement strategy for Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) technology and operations programs.
Lead the implementation and management of PPM technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overall company strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within PPM operations.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PPM technology and operations programs, providing recommendations for enhancements and adjustments as needed.
Manage and mentor a team of PPM professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in PPM technology and operations, incorporating new ideas and methodologies into the organization.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Communicate regularly with executive leadership on the progress and performance of PPM technology and operations programs.
Oversee budget and resource allocation for PPM technology and operations initiatives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the PPM team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Project And Program Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile, Waterfall, And Devops.
Experience In Managing Large-Scale Technology And Operations Programs, With A Focus On Ppm (Project Portfolio Management).
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
