  1. Develop and implement strategies to successfully manage and deliver technology and operations programs to meet business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to effectively monitor progress and manage risks.
  4. Oversee the execution of program tasks, identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
  5. Monitor and report on program performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are clearly defined and understood.
  7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program delivery and increase efficiency.
  8. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations throughout the program.
  10. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project and portfolio management to drive innovation and enhance program delivery.
  13. Represent the company in external meetings and events related to technology and operations programs.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and implement synergies and efficiencies across programs.
  15. Foster a positive and high-performing team culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Specifically In Technology And Operations Programs.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile, Waterfall, And Pmp.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Complex Technology And Operations Programs, Including Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Risk Management.
