Create clear and concise technical documentation for our Amazon Connect platform.
Collaborate with development teams to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly guides and manuals.
Conduct thorough research to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure quality and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and incorporate changes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
Ensure all documentation follows company standards and guidelines.
Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather information and share progress.
Continuously improve and streamline documentation processes.
Adhere to confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive information.
Maintain a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Technical Writing, English, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Technical Writer, Preferably In The Contact Center Industry.
Knowledge And Experience With Amazon Connect And Related Technologies, Such As Aws.
Strong Understanding Of Technical Writing Principles, Including Audience Analysis, Content Organization, And Writing For Different Mediums.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Explain Complex Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.
