- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for AEM projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality AEM testing.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and timelines.
- Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts to thoroughly test AEM applications.
- Identify and report defects, issues, and risks in a timely manner.
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.

- Proactively identify potential risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
- Keep track of and prioritize multiple testing tasks and projects.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams.
Hands-On Experience With Adobe Experience Manager (Aem) Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Aem And Its Various Components, Along With Experience In Testing Aem-Based Applications.
Proficient In Automation Testing: The Candidate Should Have Expertise In Automation Testing Tools Such As Selenium, Cucumber, Etc. To Ensure Efficient And Accurate Testing Of Aem Applications.
Quality Assurance (Qa) Expertise: The Role Requires Strong Qa Skills, Including Test Planning, Test Case Creation, Execution, Defect Management, And Reporting.
Team Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading A Team Of Qa Testers, Providing Guidance And Support, And Ensuring Timely Completion Of Tasks.
