Cognizant is looking for an experienced, highly-skilled AEM Backend Developer to join our growing team. As an AEM Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. You will use your technical expertise to develop components, templates, and services that meet customer requirements and deliver high-performance solutions.The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated individual with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and deploying AEM solutions, as well as experience in web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java. You should also have a good understanding of AEM architecture, components, and services. Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions that meet customer requirements and deliver high-performance solutions.
Utilize web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java.
Maintain a good understanding of AEM architecture, components, and services.
Work with Adobe's AEM platform to create innovative solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug any issues with AEM solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor and analyze application performance and optimize code accordingly.
Follow established coding standards and development processes.
