  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design customized solutions using Adobe Commerce.
  2. Utilize deep knowledge and understanding of Adobe Commerce platform and its capabilities to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of Adobe Commerce solutions.
  4. Proactively identify potential issues and provide effective solutions to optimize client's use of Adobe Commerce.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on Adobe Commerce, providing guidance and training to clients and internal teams.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest updates and developments in Adobe Commerce and provide recommendations for incorporating new features into client solutions.
  7. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to Adobe Commerce and provide timely resolutions.
  8. Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  9. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and drive business growth through Adobe Commerce solutions.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to Adobe Commerce implementation and support.
  11. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall team's capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Adobe Commerce (Formerly Magento) Platform And Experience In Implementing And Customizing It For Various Clients.
