Job Description

We are looking for a Support Associate to join our team at Coach and provide outstanding customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and customer-focused team. The ideal candidate is a friendly and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.The Support Associate will be responsible for ensuring customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be comfortable learning new technologies and adapting quickly to changing environments.Required qualifications include a minimum of two years of customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in using computers and web-based applications.
