Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Support Associate to join the Coach family! As a Sales Support Associate, you will be a key player in ensuring our customers have the best possible shopping experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, while ensuring our products are accurately represented to customers.To be successful in this role, you should have a friendly and outgoing personality with outstanding customer service, communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for helping customers find the best solutions to their needs. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about our products and services. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
