Lead Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Lead Supervisor to join our Coach team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with previous experience in leading a team.The Lead Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, planning and coordinating activities, setting goals, and providing guidance to team members. He/She will be required to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure success.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. He/She should have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, and have the ability to work independently. The successful candidate should also be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.Additionally, the Lead Supervisor should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least three years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment.If you are passionate about leading a team and providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you!
