Job Description

As the Lead Supervisor of Coach, you will be an integral part of our team and will be responsible for leading a team of supervisors to ensure that our customers receive the best possible shopping experience. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about customer service and has a desire to develop their leadership skills.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and lead a team. You should also have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service and/or managerial role. Previous experience with a luxury retail brand is preferred, but not required.If you have a passion for customer service and are ready to take on the challenge of leading a team, we’d love to hear from you!
