As a Club Monaco Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, opening and closing duties, and managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of retail experience. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a friendly and positive attitude. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers

• Open and close the store, including completing opening and closing procedures

• Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager

• Assist with merchandising and organizing displays

• Maintain store standards and ensure all areas are neat and organized

• Train and coach new and existing staff

• Process sales transactions and handle payment transactions

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Follow all safety and security policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations
